About the job
Epicenter is a consulting practice specialized in Oracle business applications, with a particular focus on Oracle HCM Cloud application integrations. Our Flexible Interface Tool allows for easy out and inbound integration between Oracle HCM Cloud and external system providers.
As internal IT consultant you will be required to have experience tackling various hardware and software problems. You should be comfortable providing technology solutions to our employees, ranging from mobile devices to the office VPN. Our clients expect the highest level of security, both on a system level as well as on a procedural level. Not only does the implementation of such policies and the required setup need to be done from scratch, the ongoing management and changes must be taken into consideration. You should have experience with the IT industry and be up to date with the latest technology trends.
Your responsibilities
- Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
- Ensure Data security & Cybersecurity are applied at all levels
- Create, improve and enforce internal IT policies
- Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
- Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
Qualifications
- Analytical and strong at problem solving
- Knowledge of Testing principles
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases within the project lifecycle
- Helicopter view
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent business English
